Mariela G. Shibley, Psy.D.

Dr. Shibley received her professional training from the University of California, Los Angeles, and the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, San Diego. She has a private practice in San Diego, where she sees adult individuals and couples for psychodynamic psychotherapy. As a forensic psychologist, Dr. Shibley specializes in psychological evaluations for immigration proceedings. In addition to English, Dr. Shibley is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and has been committed to working with the international community in San Diego around issues of immigration, acculturation, stress, relationships, and cross-cultural challenges.
