Jeff Thomas, L.C.S.W.

Jeffrey Thomas is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has worked in the Psychotherapy field for approximately 25 years and has been licensed since 1994. He provides individual and couples psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. His work experience encompasses many settings, ages, and issues.   He was certified as a group psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association and has led numerous groups on many varied topics. Agencies he has worked with include foster care and group homes, special education schools, day treatment programs for the mentally ill, youth programs, partial hospital programs, emergency departments, hospitals, and   private practice. He has also supervised professionals at various levels which includes BBS supervision, bachelors and Master level interns. He currently is in Private Practice in the La Jolla area at the Scripps Memorial Hospital complex. He is a graduate of the adult psychoanalysis program from of the San Diego Psychoanalytic Center.
