Presenter Information

David Leatherberry, J.D. is a healthcare attorney and graduate of USD School of Law. He serves as legal counsel for the San Diego Psychological Association and has provided its members with over fifteen hundred pro bono hours of consultation and advice. He has represented psychologists before the board and in civil litigation. He also represents residential drug and alcohol treatment programs, individual practitioners, acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, skilled nursing, assisted living and residential care facilities for the elderly. David Leatherberry is the 2018-2019 chair of the California Lawyers Association Health Law Committee.
